* All items are in-store pickup only.

* Please provide us with the pickup date(Minimum 48-hour is required prior to the pickup).

* For those orders placed with shorter than 48-hour limit pickup time, the orders will be cancelled.

* Please present your order number to our staff upon the pickup.

* Late pickup outside of our open hour will not be possible, and the cake will be discarded after 3 days.

* In case of late pickup, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the cake after 2 days from the original pickup date.

* If you arrive earlier than scheduled pickup time, the order will not be ready and we will not able to accelerate your order.

* Any special request (additional deco, custom writing, etc)must be made at the time of order and there may be additional surcharges.

* If you are planning to postpone pickup date & time, please let us know 24 hours in advance because every cakes are made as late as possible to achieve maximum freshness. (cake may not be ready if you arrive earlier than arranged pickup time). Pickup date & time can be changed only once, and it cannot be rescheduled within minimum 48-hour from the pickup time.

* After changing the pickup date & time, the order will become non-refundable.

* Any cancellation that is requested less than 24 hours from the pickup time will not be refunded.

* All cakes must be refrigerated to ensure fresh texture and flavor, as the fresh whipped cream melts quicker than buttercream-based cakes.

* We strongly recommend to finish the cake within 2 days since picking up to experience the best texture and flavor as we intended.

* Little Pebbles is not liable for any damages to the cakes and other desserts after pick up.
